Do We Offer Auto-Renewal to Members?

We do! We can set up automatic invoicing (also known as auto-renewal) for your members on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. With auto-invoicing, renewal invoices are automatically generated for active members a set number of days before their current term expires. You can control this lead time in MMS Configuration > Billing Configuration > Posting Lead.


Want an even more automated process?We can also enable automated renewal emails. To set this up, go to Invoice/Billing Verbiage > Renewal notification program > Add New Message in the MMS Configuration Menu. Enter the number of days before or after the effective date you want the email to be sent (for example, 60 for 60 days before, or -30 for 30 days after). Once you've created the message, let us know and we can fully enable the notification program.


Automatic payments are also available.Our Auto-pay feature allows members to opt for automatic payments for both dues and non-dues fees. This feature uses the member's stored payment information. We recommend using Authorize.net as your merchant account for auto-pay, but other options like Payflow and QuickBooks Payments also support it.
