How to set up Renewal Emails?
To set up Renewal Emails, you have two options:
- Batch Renewal Email Notifications: This allows you to send email notifications in bulk to multiple members at once. This can be access in the Billing Menu.
- Automatic Email Renewal Notifications: You can configure these in the MMS Configuration to send notifications at regular intervals until the member renews or cancels their membership. These emails start sending as soon as the invoice record is posted in the system. If you want this enabled, please contact the support team.
