Mobile Application: Managing Links

Links act like shortcuts, taking users directly to important websites or resources outside the app.

Here's how to manage these links:

  1. Finding the Menu Builder: Head over to the Mobile App Menu Builder page in our system.

  2. Adding a New Link: Once you're in the Menu Builder, click the "Link" button. This will open a page to create a new link.

  3. Editing Existing Links: Need to change an existing link? Find it on the menu list and click the pencil icon next to it. This lets you edit the link's details.

  4. Setting Up Your Link: On the link edit page, you'll find a few things to fill in:

    • Give your link a clear and descriptive name (what users will see in the menu).
    • Paste the full web address (URL) of the website or resource you want to link to.
    • Click "Continue" to move on.
  5. Organize and Secure (Optional): You can choose a "Category" to group your link with related ones for better organization. For certain links, you can set a security level to control who can access them within the app.

  6. Don't Forget to Save! Before leaving the page, make sure to click "Save" to keep all your changes.

By adding relevant links, you can provide users with easy access to valuable resources outside of your app, enhancing their overall experience.
