Enabling Token Purchases
To activate token purchases:
- Enable Store Token Purchase: Check the "Enable Store Token Purchase" option in online store global settings.
- Customize Token Label: Optionally change the "token" label in global settings.
- Set Token Amounts: Assign token values to store products and attributes. Total tokens earned depend on product/attribute values and quantity.
- Member-Only Restriction: Products with tokens are automatically for members only.
- Token Effective Year: Members select the valid year for purchased tokens. Tokens cannot be transferred across years.
Enabling Token Use for Event Registration
To allow token usage for event registration:
- Enable Token Use: Activate "Enable Token Use During Registration" in global event registration settings under "Payment Options."
- Set Token Amounts: Assign token values to event packages, fields, and field options. Only tokens or member plan prepay can be enabled at a time.
- Token Availability: Tokens are usable for events where configured. Members with available tokens can apply them during registration.
- Token and Discount Restrictions: Tokens and discount codes cannot be combined per registration.
- Token Application: Tokens are deducted sequentially until registration is paid or tokens are depleted.
Token Features and ManagementToken Acquisition: Members buy tokens from the online store.
- Token Payment: Tokens can be used for event registration payments.
- Token Sharing: Tokens are shared within cross-reference groups.
- Token Expiration: Tokens are valid only for the designated year.
- Token Summary: Members and admins can view token details in the token summary report.
