Prospect Temperature helps you classify potential customers (prospects and leads) based on their interest level, from "cold" to "hot".

To activate this feature:

1. Go to Configuration.
2. Choose Prospect Configuration.
3. Under General Options, check the box labeled Turn on Temperature Field.

Once enabled, you'll see a dropdown menu with options: Cold, Lukewarm, Warm, and Hot in the Email tab of each prospect or lead's record.
