Important Notice:

This guide applies to Chambers using the Marketing Landing Page from MMS. If you're using the Docu.team catalog system and encounter problems with its ROI Report emails, please submit a support ticket by clicking the "Engineering Requests" on the Admin Menu.

For MMS Marketing Landing Pages:

Once a month, the system automatically sends an email to members showcasing their marketing landing page's exposure for the previous month and total hits for the current year. Chamber admins can view overall member statistics by navigating to Banners and System Stats > Member Directory Hits.

If these emails aren't currently being sent, you can activate them through SIR Report Configuration:

1. Go to Configurations.
2. Select SIR Report.
3. Check the box labeled "Allow Sending of SI (Statistics Information) Report?".
