1. Find the member's information in your member database.
2. Click on the "Email/Plan" option.
3. Locate the username field and create a unique username 
4. Click "resend welcome email" link below it.

This welcome email includes member's username and temporary password.

Please encourage members to change their password immediately after their first login, as temporary passwords expire after 90 days.
