How to Send Drop Notification Email to Members?

  1. Navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Click "Member Database."
  3. Edit the member's record.
  4. Go to the "Email/Plan" tab.
  5. Click "drop this member."
  6. Optionally credit unpaid invoices.
  7. Select a cancellation reason.
  8. Confirm the drop.
  9. Send a notification email by clicking "Send Drop Notification Email"
