Adding Payments to Forms - User Guide

If you need to collect payments through a form, it's a straightforward process to enable this feature. Here's how you can do it:


  1. Ensure Online Store is Enabled:
    1.   Go to your MMS Configuration.
    2. Under Other Configuration Options, select Store Configuration.
    3. Check the box next to "Online Store Enabled?" This allows you to accept payments through forms.
    4. If you only intend to use the store for forms, you can hide this area from the Member's Area by checking the "Hide in member area?" checkbox.
  1. Creating a Form:
    1. Access the Forms Builder.
    2. Create a new form or edit an existing one.
    3. You will notice a new option called "Form Cost."
    4. Enter the required cost in this field.
    5. Once a user completes the form, they will be prompted to submit the corresponding payment.
