Resetting Member MMS Passwords

Need to help a member recover their MMS password? Admins can follow these simple steps to help members reset their password:

1. Find the member's information in your member database.
2. Click on the "Email/Plan" option.
3. Under the username field, choose either:

• send password reset email - Send a password reset link valid for 3 hours.
  or
• send email with link to request password reset - Send a link allowing the member to reset their password at any time.

Note: For new members, create a unique username before sending the welcome email. The welcome email, which includes the member's username and temporary password, serves as an invitation to access their MMS account. Encourage members to change their password immediately after their first login, as temporary passwords expire after 90 days.
