Creating Topics
Members can create topics in two ways:
- Through the Platform: Select a board and click "Add Topic" on the topic list page.
- Via Email (for email-enabled boards): Send an email directly to the board's specific address. Refer to the
"Email-List" help section for details.
- (Platform method) Click on the document icon or "Add New Topic."
- Enter a clear and concise topic name and description. For email-enabled boards, the email subject line becomes the topic name, and the body becomes the description.
- (Optional) Pin the topic to the top of the board for increased visibility.
- (Optional) Send notifications about the new topic to opted-in members.
