Welcome emails are sent to new members or members who newly granted access.
To edit the welcome email message that members receive, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Configuration section.
- Click on the "New Member Registration" option.
- Within the Welcome Message Configuration area, click "Click here to edit the welcome message."
- The welcome message content can vary based on member type. Green-highlighted member types have custom messages, which you can view or edit. Gray member types use the default message, but you can create a custom message for them using the ADD link. To apply a single message to all member types, edit the Default option.
- Once your desired modifications are complete, click "SAVE" to implement the updates.
