Event Registration: Email Invites
The event registration system offers a powerful invitation tool designed to streamline communication with your chamber members and potential members (prospects) to upcoming events. This feature mirrors the functionality of sending broadcast messages, making it user-friendly and efficient for keeping your members informed about upcoming events
By leveraging the invitation tool, your chamber can effectively connect with members, promote event participation, and ultimately generate a more vibrant and engaged membership base.
RSVPing is not the same as registering. It's simply a way for guests to confirm their attendance or decline an invitation. To effectively manage who's coming to your event, here's how to set up and handle RSVPs:
- Access Event Settings: Navigate to the event's advanced options.
- Activate RSVP: Enable the "Include RSVP Option" setting.
- Create Invitations: Use the 'invt' link associated with the event to generate invitations.
- Automatic RSVP Link: Each invitation includes a unique RSVP link.
- Customize Link: Adjust the link's appearance and default language in global event registration settings.
- Track RSVPs: Use the 'rsvp' link to view attendee responses.
- Email Management: Sending event-related emails from within the event registration system ensures that those who RSVP'd "No" are excluded.
- RSVP Notifications: Customize notification emails sent to attendees and event organizers.
Remember: An RSVP is not a registration. It simply confirms attendance interest.
