Reporting

The MMS system provides various reporting features to cater to different organizational needs. If you can't find a report or label that suits your group's requirements, don't hesitate to ask for assistance. We can often customize reports at a low or no cost to accommodate your specific needs.


Here are the different reporting options available:

1. Quick Reports: These are pre-built reports that cover basic information and are accessible to all members. You can find Quick Reports in the Members Area Features section of the main menu.


2. Member Name Search: Located in the Members Area Features, this feature allows all members to search for specific members by their name, including first name, last name, or business name.


3. Member Directory: Primarily used by organizations in Business mode, the Member Directory is a searchable tool accessible outside of the members area. It allows the public to search for members based on business name, keywords, or categories. There's also an option to display all members.


4. Reporting/Lists/Labels: This feature enables admins to quickly create reports, generate mailing labels, or extract data to a comma-delimited file (.csv). It provides a convenient way to obtain specific information.


Member Designations can be included in reports generated using the Detail Extract (Comma-Delimited) function accessible through Reporting/Lists/Labels.


5. Custom Reports: For more advanced reporting needs, Custom Reports offer powerful capabilities, although they require some complexity in setup.


These reports can be reused and even made available to general member-level users in the Quick Reports section. However, please note that Custom Reports are not recommended for billing purposes.
