Member not showing on the directory?

If a member reports that their business or listing is missing from the chamber's directory, check the following:


A. Member Directory Configuration The member directory typically displays all members, but certain member types can be excluded through configuration.

  1. Access Member Directory Configuration.
  2. Open "Responsive Directory Options (search_bootstrap.php)".
  3. Check "Alt Member Types to Include in Search". Ensure the member's plan type is listed here. If not, add it and save.


B. Member Privacy Settings Verify the member's privacy settings:

  1. Go to the member's database information page.
  2. Open the Email/Plan tab.
  3. Ensure "Exclude from Public Member-List?" is unchecked.


If the member's listing still doesn't appear after checking these settings, contact support.
