Configure Billing Invoice Email and PDF Verbiage

This guide walks you through customizing the text in your renewal and new member invoice emails and PDF invoices. You'll learn how to modify email wording for different billing situations, personalize messages, and adjust the content of your PDF invoices.


Customizing Invoice Emails

  1. Go to the Admin Dashboard and click "Membership Billing."
  2. Access different billing email templates under "Batch Emails."
  3. Click "Invoice/Billing Verbiage Config" to customize email content.
  4. Choose which type of billing email to adjust.
  5. Click the "Click here to edit"
  6. Custom messages can be created for specific membership types.
  7. Use replacement keys to personalize your messages.


Customizing PDF Invoices

  1. Go back to the Invoice/Billing Verbiage Config page
  2. Look for the PDF Invoices section and choose which PDF to adjust
  3. Click "Click here to edit"
  4. Customize the text displayed on your PDF invoices.
  5. Custom messages can be created for specific membership types.
  6. Review your changes by viewing a member's invoice


Chamber Logo on PDF Invoices
To add your chamber logo to invoices, custom development is required and will incur additional charges. If you'd like to proceed, please submit a support ticket with your logo attached.
