Updating SPF Records

If you're experiencing email spoofing issues, we can help you address them by updating your SPF record. An SPF record is a security measure that specifies which servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain.

To include our server with the IP address 209.59.164.32 in your SPF record, please follow these steps:1. Log in to your domain's DNS management or contact your DNS provider.2. Locate the SPF record for your domain. It is usually a TXT record.3. Edit the SPF record to add our server's IP address.

Here's an example of how to add it:

Original SPF record: v=spf1 include:example.com ~all Updated SPF record: v=spf1 include:example.com ip4:209.59.164.32 ~all

Note: Replace "example.com" with your actual domain name.

4. Save the changes to your SPF record.5. Wait for the DNS changes to propagate, which usually takes some time (up to 24 hours).6. Test your SPF record using online SPF validation tools to ensure it includes the new IP address.

By updating your SPF record to include our server's IP address, you are allowing emails originating from that server to be recognized as legitimate. This helps prevent email spoofing and enhances the security of your email communications.
