Resolving Missing Stripe ID
- Log in to DocuTeam.
- Navigate to Community Reports.
- Select Stripe IDs Missing.
- Click Admin View.
- Go to Billing.
- Click Stripe Payments.
- Click the text fields to enter the Stripe Price ID.
- Open a new tab and log in to your Stripe Account.
- Navigate to the Product Catalog and choose a plan.
- Scroll down to the Events section to locate the Stripe Price ID.
- Right-click and copy the Stripe Price ID.
- Switch back to DocuTeam.
- Paste the Stripe Price ID into the designated field.
- Click Save Changes.
- Close the Admin View by clicking the "X" button.
- Paste the Stripe Price ID again.
- Refresh the page to confirm the Stripe ID has been successfully updated.
