When new members sign up online and pay their dues online using a merchant account or PayPal, the payment is automatically recorded in the billing system. Existing members who choose to renew online also have their payments automatically recorded.

Manual Entry (Check Payments):
When members pay dues by check, it's crucial to enter these payments into the system manually. You can do this by selecting "Enter Payment" from the Renewal System menu. After selecting the member, enter the payment amount.
Manual Entry (Credit Card Payments):
Organizations using Authorize.net as a merchant account gateway have the option to process credit card transactions from the member billing system. Look for "Process Payment via Authorize.net".
Members Area Widgets:
If your organization is using the V6 Custom Member Menu, you can add a widget to the members' area that displays the member's current balance due. If the balance is greater than zero, the widget will contain a button for members to pay their dues.
