The Newsletter Editor has been replaced by the Advanced Broadcast Message system. This new system offers several improvements:
- Mobile-Friendly Design: Easily create newsletters that look great on any device.
- Streamlined Workflow: Design and publish newsletters effortlessly.
- Organized Storage: Newsletters are saved directly on your website for easy access.
- Direct Delivery: Send newsletters to members with a single click.
Creating a Newsletter:
- Click "Broadcast Email Messages".
- Click "New Advanced Message/Newsletter".
- Enter a subject or title for your newsletter.
- Select "Newsletter" from the category type dropdown.
- Tick the "Publish as Newsletter" box.
- Choose a delivery date for your newsletter.
- Select a pre-designed template to jumpstart your creation (or follow instructions to create your own).
- Click to edit the content of your newsletter.
- Follow the familiar Broadcast Messaging Tutorial to finalize your message.
Accessing Newsletters:
- Public Link: You can create a public link to your newsletters for easy access. This link can be added to your website or shared in emails.
- Go to Configurations.
- Click "System Links".
- Locate Article #26: Broadcast Email Module.
- Follow the instructions to generate the link.
- Member Menu: Newsletters are also accessible to members through the Member Menu under the Communications tab.
