This article guides you through creating percentage discount codes to attract new members and reward renewals. These codes can be applied to reduce the overall bill amount by a specific percentage.

Steps:

1. Renewal Discount Codes

• Click "Configuration."
• Click "Billing."
• Look for "Discount Codes" section
• In the Discount Codes box, enter codes and percentages in the format: "DISCOUNTCODE:PERCENTOFF" (e.g., WELCOME:15 for a 15% discount).
• Click the save button.

2. Enable Discount Code for New Members:

• Click "Configuration."
• Click "New Member Registration"
• Look for the "Discount Codes" section
• Remove any unwanted discount codes from the default field.
• Click the save button.

3. Discount Codes for Specific Membership Plans:

• Click "Configuration."
• Followed by "Plans(Member Types)"
• Click the edit button next to the membership plan you want to apply the discount code to.
• In the discount code field, enter the desired discount code (e.g., WELCOME:15).
• Repeat for additional discount codes.
• Click the save icon.
