Member Engagement

Enable Member Engagement Scoring to gain insights into member activity within the MMS. This optional feature provides an engagement score and reports to help you understand and manage member interactions.

To activate Member Engagement Scoring, follow these steps:

1. Access Configuration: Navigate to the Configuration section of your system
2. Locate Member Database: Click on the "Member Database" option.
3. Find Member Info Page: Click on "Member Info Page (/members/secure/mlist/mem_info.php)".
4. Enable Scoring: Check the checkbox to enable Member Engagement Scoring.
