Table Packages are a feature designed to simplify the registration process for groups of people, especially in events like banquets. It allows a single person to quickly register multiple attendees under a single package.
How to Set Up Table Packages:
- Enable Table Registration:
- Go to MMS Configuration -> Event Registration Configuration.
- In General Options, enable Enable Table Registration.
2. Create a Table Package:
- Navigate to your Event Registration Packages, click "Add new Package".
- Enter the Package Name, Description, Cost, and other relevant details.
3. Configure the Table Package:
- Select "This is a Table Package" from the "Table Package" dropdown menu.
- Specify the Number of attendees included per table.
Once the table package is created, a secondary package called 'Dedicated Package for Table Attendees' is automatically created. Please avoid modifying this package to ensure proper table package functionality.
Upon selecting a Table Package, registrants will be prompted to enter the names of additional attendees. These additional attendees will automatically be registered under the complimentary secondary package.
