You can pull a report of member's designations by following these steps:

1. Go to the Reporting section, and click on "Reporting/Lists/Labels".
2. From the Document Type options, choose "Detail Extract (Comma-Delimited)"
3. Click "Create List/Labels" button
4. Choose which file type to download
