To prevent members with unpaid dues from registering for events:

1. Go to Event Registration Configuration.
2. Locate the "Membership Authentication, New Members, Prospects, and Permission Options" section.
3. Enable the "Restrict Registrants with Unpaid Invoices" option.
4. Save your changes.
