How to convert a Prospect to Member
1. Go to Member Database
2. Search for their email or business name
3. Edit their database record by clicking the pencil icon
4. Go to Email/Plan tab and look for the Member Type dropdown
5. Under Member Type, click convert to member?
6. Select the membership plan that they want to be registered to
7. Complete their information and save.
