3. Enable "Do not give List-Only users member permissions": By default, list-only users in your member database will have normal member permissions during registration. Enabling this option will prevent this from happening.

4. Optional: Inherited Membership Status: The system offers an optional feature for non-member registrants who are already linked (through cross-referencing) to a member account. Enabling this allows such non-members to register and automatically inherit the member status and type from the parent member account.
