However, member can add a helper email.
The helper email receives a copy of the welcome and reset password email sent to the member. So both the main contact and the helper email receives the same username and password.
To enable this feature, here's how:
1. Navigate to the Configuration
2. CLick on General
3. Under the Database Fields Options, locate "Helper Email enabled
4. Check the box and save.
Once enabled, you should see a Helper email box on the Member's database information page, under Email/Plan tab.
