To ensure effective communication with your members and prospects, it is crucial to maintain an accurate and up-to-date email list. The MMS provides the Bounced Email report to help you manage bounced emails from various systems, such as broadcast messages, event invitations, and survey emails.
When an email sent from the broadcast messaging or other modules encounters an invalid email address, it gets returned to the GroupMessaging@ address. These bounced emails are then processed, recorded, and presented in the report.
Additionally, there is a Broadcast Email Bounce List Mass Delete and Email Removal feature that you can request from our customer service team.
It is important to promptly correct bad emails and keep the percentage of invalid emails in your database low. Sending emails repeatedly to invalid addresses within certain ISP domains can be seen as spamming, potentially leading to our server being flagged as a spam source (blacklisted).
