Mobile Application: Updating App Information

To ensure your mobile app provides accurate and up-to-date information to the public, it’s important to manage and update the app details. Follow these steps to edit your app info:


Step 1: Access the Mobile App Manager Page Go to the main Mobile App Manager page within the system. Look for the appropriate link or menu option to access this page.


Step 2: Click “App Info” On the Mobile App Manager page, locate and click the “App Info” link. This will redirect you to the edit page where you can modify the app information.


Step 3: Edit the App Details On the edit page, you will find fields to update various aspects of your app:
  • Title: Modify the app title. Please note that Android limits the title to 30 characters, and it must be unique across all Android and Apple app markets.
  • Description: Revise the description of your app to accurately represent your organization and its features.
  • Promo Text: Add or modify promotional text that highlights key aspects or benefits of your app.
  • Keywords: Include relevant keywords that will help users find your app when searching in app stores.


Step 4: Submit the Changes Once you have made the desired edits, click the “Submit Changes” button to save your modifications.


Step 5: App Info Update Our team of mobile developers will be notified via email about the changes you made. They will then manually update the app information on Android and Apple/iOS markets as time allows.


Please note that the update process may take some time due to restrictions imposed by these platforms.
