Setting up CNAME for UCC Certificate

Please provide these instructions to your domain name Host so we can setup your UCC Certificate:

1) CREATE THE CNAME:
2) CREATE THIS EMAIL
3) Once done, please inform Richard by sending him an email at [email protected]

That's it... Just let your implementation representative know when this has been done so we can get your new Chamber Nation system ready to launch. This CNAME process DOES NOT take down your existing website or launch the new site.

WHAT IS A UCC CERTIFICATE (INCLUDED)
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT PROVIDING A UCC CERTIFICATE SERVICE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE TO IMPROVE SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION FOR YOUR NEW COMMUNITY SYSTEM: A UCC certificate is very important for us to provide in order to ensure excellent search engine optimization for your new website and network. What is a Multiple Domain (UCC) SSL certificate? A Unified Communications Certificate (UCC) is an SSL certificate that secures multiple domain names and multiple hostnames within a domain name. A UCC lets you secure a primary domain name and up to 99 additional Subject Alternative Names (SANs) in a single certificate. UCCs are compatible with shared hosting. However, the site seal and certificate "Issued To" information will only list the primary domain name.

In order for us to provide this service and manage the certificate going forward, we will need to setup a CNAME on your existing domain name.
